Your source for raw, local beauty.
Nestled in the heart of Pemberton, The Slab Library offers a unique collection of live-edge slabs.
We have a great selection of slabs with unique grain patterns, rich textures, and exceptional durability. From walnut and maple to exotic hardwoods, our collection caters to designers, woodworkers, and DIY enthusiasts looking to elevate their projects.
Our passion lies in transforming dead, dying, hazardous, and unwanted trees into exquisite, long-lasting wood products.

As dedicated outdoor enthusiasts, we hold a deep commitment to protecting and preserving our forests. This commitment shapes every aspect of our work, from the careful selection of trees to the thoughtful craftsmanship of our products. Selecting trees for their unique natural characteristics, which will be highlighted in the final products, is also a key part of our effort.
Meet our team

Olivier Godbout
As a kid, I would go down into L’Atelier (the workshop), and start creating the only way I knew how, by bringing to life some of the objects from my imagination. Luckily enough, my dad let me play and experience the many basic hand tools which form the foundation of skills my hands still use to fabricate furniture to this day.
Passion for the mountains was the main driver to move into the beautiful village of Pemberton, BC. Since then, these landscapes keep feeding my imagination, which makes its way into my work.
The values of Wood Streams evolve around the focus on attention for detail, customer service, and giving every piece an artistic touch.
